1. Returns or Cancellations

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review all product details, customization options, and order information carefully before confirming your purchase. 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund,

at no additional cost to you.

3. Late Requests

Requests reported after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
