1. Order Processing

All our products are custom-made and personalized based on customer preferences. Once an order is placed, it goes into production.

  • Order processing and preparation typically take 7–14 business days

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started

2. Delivery Method

Since our products are personalized and require special handling, we offer personal delivery for most orders.

  • Deliveries are usually carried out personally by our team or designated delivery partners

  • As a result, most deliveries take place on weekends or public holidays to ensure availability and safe handover

Our team may contact you in advance to coordinate a suitable delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–14 days from the date of order confirmation

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, customization requirements, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

We delivery free of charge in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In other emirates there will be shipping charge of AED 30 per order. Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

5. Address & Availability

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate

  • Someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or unavailability at the time of delivery.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customization complexity, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
