Delivery
Every ELVA mirror is made to order and delivered within 7–14 days of order confirmation. Our own team delivers and hands it over personally – usually on weekends or public holidays, arranged with you in advance.
Delivery is free across the UAE, to all seven emirates.
Returns & replacements
Because each piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started.
If your mirror arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos – we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Care
- Wipe the glass with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
- If needed, spray glass cleaner onto the cloth – never directly onto the mirror or frame.
- Dust rope, jute and raffia frames gently with a soft brush, and keep them away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

Every design can be tailored to your space – size, shape, frame colour and finish. Send us your wall measurements and a photo of the space on WhatsApp, and we will confirm the options, price and timeline before we begin.
